The young footballer is first of all a young athlete to whom the coach - instructor must first of all give the opportunity to improve his motor and coordination aspects, thus creating the conditions for the specific activity of football. Today's athletes approach sporting activity with a limited amount of motor experience which forces us adults to perfect our game proposals by integrating the various aspects and at the same time taking care of every single detail .
The writing was born from the need to provide practical, simple and didactically coherent proposals to coaches who approach young athletes with the aim of integrating the playful aspect of the game of football with the motor and coordination aspects. The proposals develop individual coordination skills in various forms: dry, mixed and with ball; in this way each coach will be able to choose to vary the stimulus whilst pursuing the same objective.
