Shipping

All products ordered by the Customer and confirmed by AIAC Service srl will be shipped via Express Courier (national and international) to the address indicated by the Customer for delivery. For shipping, a contribution to the costs will be requested which will be highlighted during the purchase procedure, in relation to the country of destination of the order.

The shipment of the products will take place only after the payment of the order amount has been duly registered and confirmed to AIAC Service srl.
Products shipped to Italy are approximately delivered within 2-4 working days of shipment.

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. Logistical restrictions and regulations to contain the ongoing pandemic could impact delivery times. We will make every effort to ensure this does not happen. Any variation to the above will be promptly communicated via e-mail to the Customer.

When the courier makes the delivery you will have to check:

1) That the package is intact, undamaged and in any case complies with the standard characteristics of a package;

2) That the number of packages (number of packages) indicated on the delivery document corresponds to the number of packages actually delivered;

Any disputes must be immediately raised to the carrier indicating in writing " WITHDRAWAL WITH RESERVE OF CONTROL ".
In the absence of this wording, the product is considered to have been delivered correctly.

If the courier does not find anyone at the specified address, he will leave a notice with the telephone number of the branch to contact to arrange delivery.

The courier makes two delivery attempts and if they are not successful, the order will return to the carrier's headquarters and after the expected days of storage at the AIAC Service srl headquarters.

Returns

The Customer, as provided for by the legislation in force, has a right of withdrawal, with the exception of digital products, which he can exercise, without having to justify the reasons, within a period of 14 working days starting from the day of receipt of the ordered items.
The right of withdrawal can be requested and managed independently from your account within the period indicated above. Shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are the sole responsibility of the Customer. In order for the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the items must be returned intact, in their original packaging in perfect condition and subject to agreement with AIAC Service Srl Unipersonale.
The goods, relating exclusively to Adidas clothing, must be returned with an insured package free of charge to:

No package sent cash on delivery or freight collect will be collected by Laziale Distribuzioni SpA. The refund of the invoiced price of the returned items will be made by crediting the Customer's bank or Paypal account within 14 days of receipt of the return.
Items returned incomplete, worn, damaged or soiled for reasons attributable to the Customer will not be refunded and will not, under any circumstances, give rise to the recognition of a credit equal to the price of the item initially ordered.
If the return is due to an error by Laziale Distribuzioni SpA, the shipping costs will be borne by the seller; in all other cases, shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

How to place an order

In the shop, select the item you like.

Select your size, measurement, favorite color if available.

Select the desired quantity.

Click on "Add to cart" if you want to add the product to the cart and continue shopping.

Click on "Buy now" to carry out quick check-out or complete the purchase by providing the shipping details with relative shipping calculation.
