Nowadays, the opportunities for boys and girls and boys and girls to move and have motor experiences are less frequent . This objective problem leads young people to be less accustomed to frequent and varied physical activity, with the real risk of potentially becoming sedentary adults.

The methodological proposals in this manual can be a valid help to improve the quality of playing and training sessions in youth football and non-football sectors.

- 4 exercises for each secondary motor pattern: rolling, pushing, pulling, crawling, kicking and crawling
- exercises divided according to increasing degree of difficulty, from simple to complex, in relation to age and ability
