FOOTBALL PLAYED BY GIRLS

The women's football movement has grown considerably in recent years and, in Italy, has been positively affected by the qualification obtained for the 2019 World Cup and by the investments by the Federation. The greater attention dedicated to women's teams has brought with it the need to broaden the sporting knowledge that gravitates around the sector. However, the development of new professional skills cannot draw solely from the skills of men's football; on the contrary, it must take into consideration the many peculiarities that distinguish the football played by girls .

The new e-Book edited by two professionals in the sector such as Jacopo Leandri ( UEFA A Coach, currently responsible for the scouting area for all the women's national teams ) and Adalberto Zamuner ( Athletic Trainer of the Italian women's national youth teams ) sets the ambitious objective of lay the foundations on which to build an effective dissemination of "football played by girls".
