The tactical thinking of a team derives from the training and football culture of the individual player who, regardless of age, must be stimulated in the right ways and times in order to best interpret match contexts.
With this assumption was born the idea of Gianluca Urgnani , coach of the youth sector of FC Internazionale , who has collected and cataloged in his years of experience a series of exercises based on play, participation, collaboration and which stimulate the tactical thinking of the individual to achieve a team tactical objective.
