Training conditioning skills in football has over time become a fundamental task for the coach as conditioning players in the right way is synonymous with prevention . A team that is physically well and can handle the load of the match will be a team with a low probability of injury and consequently the coach will have many more choices available to him.
However, every coach must deal with the environment in which he operates and with the characteristics of his players, also putting together the problems of time and space to operate. For this reason we thought of collecting and ordering simple proposals for strength training in different modalities : preventive, functional and field . The objective is to provide a basis of simple proposals to the coach/trainer, in order to be able to vary the stimulus while pursuing the same objective .
The exercises described in this writing were created to stimulate the player's strength capacity in different ways with the help of simple field tools and with the ball.
